Nambung National Park, known as Pinnacles, is located approximately 250 km North from Perth and 25 kilometres South from Cervantes. Road from Cervantes is sealed and goes through the bush and hills populated by kangaroos and emus, so be careful especially when it’s dark.
Glow Worm Tunnel is an old abandoned railway tunnel located in the Gardens of Stone National Park, approximately 160km west of Sydney. Originally built as part of Newnes railway in 1907 it is now a popular tourist destination in the greater Blue Mountains area and famous for its glow worms.
The Lost City is another magnificent place in the Blue Mountains region that worth a visit.
These beautiful rock formations are located approximately 15 km north of Lithgow. Take a State Mine Gully Road from the north-east of Lithgow, then follow Glow Worm Tunnel road and turn left and immediately left again at the Bungleboori Camp ground. Ben Boyd Tower, originally designed as a lighthouse, was built in 1846, but was never used as planned and most of the time served for commercial whale spotting. Tower is a part of the Ben Boyd National Park.
